Dry magnetic separator is a widely used magnetic system in the industry to remove iron powder from powdered particles. It is widely used for capital recovery, wood industry, mining, kiln industry, chemistry, food and other industries. It is suitable for wet magnetic separation of materials such as magnetite, magnetite, roasted ore, ilmenite with particle size below 3mm. It is also used for iron removal of coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials and other materials. It uses high-quality ferrite materials or is composite with rare earth magnetic steel. The uniform magnetic induction intensity on the cylinder surface is 800-4000mT. Currently, due to the development of skills, the magnetic separator can be made into a roller shape, and the magnetic field strength has also improved to 8000mT It is already the highest measured magnetic field strength currently. The magnetic intensity of a dry magnetic separator usually reaches 3800-4500 Gauss, with a standard of 750 * 2200-2400, which can achieve a net selection rate of 90%. The effect of water washing is to improve the grade of iron powder, which can usually be freely adjusted between 30-45. The effect of the tail sand cleaning system is to discharge the selected iron powder tail sand away from the machine to ensure its normal operation. There are usually three methods: self flowing, conveyor belt, and sand pumping. Of course, this is also determined based on the detailed environment of the river to achieve the effect of selecting iron from river sand.
